Verify a certificate

Confirm that a medical fitness certificate was issued by OHSI and is currently valid.

Ready Check an OHSI certificate Scan the QR code on the document, or type the certificate number printed beside it. A full certificate number verifies on its own. An MBo number, or an older number without check characters, also needs the holder’s surname.
Check a certificate
Scanning is the quickest and safest way Point your phone’s camera at the QR code on the certificate. It carries a code OHSI generated, so nothing has to be typed and nothing can be mistyped.

Or enter the number by hand

Both numbers are printed on the certificate. A full certificate number ends in four extra characters and verifies on its own; an MBo number also needs the surname.

Make sure you are on the real OHSI site
A QR code printed on a forged certificate can send you to a page that looks exactly like this one. The only thing that proves a verification is genuine is the address in your browser:
http://ohsi.iswe.co.zm
If the address is anything else — even one letter different — the result you are reading is not from OHSI. Type the address yourself and enter the number by hand if you have any doubt.

A screenshot of this page is not proof of validity — certificates can be withdrawn at any time. Always check the number yourself.
